We had the amazing opportunity to visit this incredible new vineyard coming to you soon: Ecco Adesso Vineyards in Fairfield, Virginia. According to the owners, “Ecco Adesso means ”here now”. A getaway from the hustle and bustle.” We got to meet the owners and hear the story of this little piece of heaven nestled in between the mountains. They bought this property last fall and are working so diligently to have it open to the public for others to enjoy. Already planted is a little over an acre of vines, and they just added close to 5 more acres that will be producing wine within the next few years. We got to be there on planting day and watch the hardworking souls plant each vine with their very own hands (even the babies got to help plant!) There is a gorgeous tavern-like tasting room within the main building that will be open to the public until the barn is converted into the main tasting room. There is also 300 acres of views, walking trails, orchards, gardens, and much more to explore while you are visiting. This place feels like HOME. We felt honored to be there and help them document this special time.
